I moved out in july of 06 leaving my apartment clean and in good condition
After moving out I was charged $117 and denied refund of my deposit because they claimed I had not cleaned my apartment thoroughly. They are now threatening to report me to a collection agency. Put simply, dont move into the Arbors and expect to be treated fairly when you move out.
