If you are a Sam student and want a great place to hang with friends and have a great college life this is the place to be.
Now with all the new apartments being built around town it might change but when i lived there it was.
I lived in building 8 which was the best building by far.
If you don't want to party or meet all your neighbors then probably not the right place for you.
If you do want a place where everyone hangs out and thursday nights are crazy each week sign up.
My only complaint about the whole 2 years I was there is David the manager lying to me.
I wanted to get direct tv and was told that I could not get it due to their insuace would not allow them to put dishes on the building.
So my first question was what about the ones already on the building and I was informed that they would be coming down.
So I was cool with that as long as it was enforced on everyone.
6 months later he still would not sign the slip to let directv put a dish up.
Besides that all the girls at the front were great and I still miss how fun living there was.

it is illegal for an apartment complex to deny you the right to use your satellite service. check out the fcc (fcc.gov i think) and their policies on satellite dishes. they can deny you from attaching it to the actual building and structure, but they cannot stop you from putting a pole in the ground and running the line from there. trust me.
