I lived at the Arbors from August 2004-December 2005 and really liked the place. I don't know what the place is like in 2009 so I will tell you about my time. I lived in a one bedroom and was fortunate enough to live in building 3 which is right up the front of the complex and had a great view of the pool on one side and the woods on the other.
The place is very convenient for campus as you can walk there and back if you don't have a car. For the drinkers out there Zac's is right behind so you can walk there and walk back and not worry about a DWI. Pool was always clean, hottub was nice, clubhouse used to have monthly breakfasts, lunches or dinners for the guests.
Interior of my apartment was nice and the floorplan was decent. Only knock on the floorplan is that you had to walk through your bathroom to get to your closet which is inconvenient if someone is using your bathroom and you need to get changed.
Only 2 small knocks I would have on the place was that parking occasionaly was tough and that people that didn't live in the complex used to come a lot and use the washers and dryers because they were cheaper that the washerteria's in town. As I didn't have a washer and dryer in my apartment (didn't see the need in paying $35 a month for it) sometimes I wasn't able to wash my clothes on a Sunday because someone was using all the machines for hours.
