I have lived here since I was a freshmen, so this is my last year here :( My apartment is much bigger than my friends in other complexes, and I am still paying about the same, but I have less room mates. I really enjoy the parties that they throw. I am looking forward to the Bearkat Mixer for the free crawfish! Occasionally, my neighbors are loud, but there are courtesy officers that live on property. I just call the office and they send someone out. They lost my rent check once, but the problem was solved very quickly. Maintainance has always fixed any issues I have had within a day or so.
Pretty much, I love it here and I am sad to leave! :(
