quiet, unlike other apartments in huntsville with college students. clean pool and i feel safe walking from my car to my apartment. i have a fireplace and balcony. they replace carpet if the previous tenant lived there for more than six months. if its less than six months and is savable with no stains they will clean it. good place to live
