I have lived in the brazos apartments twice. The first time there were few problems. After Hurricane Ike, the upkeep and maintainance has fallen considerably. It seems to me that the complex experianced alot more damage that the managment will admit to. Instead of fixing the tenants apartments, they put in a sprinkler system at the office. The grounds have drainage problems and customer service is almost non existint
