I do not live here either, but I did check them out. The lady is very nice, but the complex is very run-down looking.

The apts themselves are small. 2 story is cool, but the bedrooms are SO SMALL, and sharing a bathroom that little is worse then the dorms.

Very dark inside.. liked the downstairs, but definitly could not deal with the small bedrooms and shared bathroom of that size.
