A great quiet place to live.
They are older apartments so they have the occasional problems, but once maintenance is alerted to problems, they fix them right away.
Parking is hard to come by! 2 br.
apts have 2 spots while 1 br.
apts have 1 spot.
And visitors park on the street.
Unless someone parks in your spot and then you have to park elsewhere until the move their vehicle.
There are no pets on premises unless it's a small caged animal or fish.
And the back porch is very small.
There is a fireplace in the living room and w/d hookups in 2 br and w/d is provided in 1 br.
They also provide extended cable.
Another thing is you have a choice between a 6 mo or 12 mo lease, which is good if it is only temporary.
