Despite the recent remodeling and beatiful interior, the noise from outside comes into the apartments quite well; in fact you can't even tell there's a wall or window separating you. The inside is well adorned, but very small for the price. Parking is a disaster, but the roaches seem to enjoy it here. Having the owners in California fire and hire new office managers each month makes it a nightmare to negotiate lease agreements. The maintenamce guy here gets screwed over pretty bad with no helpers and management not spending minimum wages to find him one.
