At first this was a very nice place to live. We enjoyed this complex because it used to be quiet and not a lot of loud people. Now it seems that the whole ghetto is moving in and this place is not quiet anymore. We moved due to our noisy neighbors who ran up and down the stairs all night screaming and even vacuuming at midnight. We came home several times to water standing in our apartment either from the ceiling or from under the floor and maintence was not a very big help. We had an infestation of what we beleived termites and they never exterminated. The office staff is also horrible. While there for a year there was about 3 different managers and many different stupid YOUNG GIRLS working in the office. They dont know what they are doing. I would say stay away from hillside. The parking is also HORRIBLE!! There are only a few spots and if you come home late you have to park all the way down the street. BAD PARKING!
