The owner is a very nice guy. He also manages the apartments. I didn't have any experience with major maintenance needs but I did lose my mailbox key and he replaced promptly and didn't charge me. The apartments are quite large, I think because the building is older. There are only twenty apartments and everyone is respectful. I had a great renting experience. Oh, and the kitchen is large for an apartment.
