Oaks Apartments

So I don't personally have a lease here but my boyfriend does and he's too chicken to write anything here.

I do spend quite a bit of time there and honestly I'm so glad I have a DORM to go back to.

First, the parking sucks, you get towed by the guy who lives there! if you don't have one of those stickers.

Second, the lady at the front sucks at her job, if you want anything done, don't go to her, it won't happen.

To get anything done go to the maintenance, which makes me think.

The maintenance is the one good thing, they're really nice and really helpful.

Third, these apartments are old as dirt! Nothing works right! Pipes leak in the bathroom, pipes break frequently, the appliances suck, and it's way to hard to keep it cool.

And like someone else said, it's not even close to worth it, the management and staff don't care about you, they care about their paychecks! Oh and lastly, if you want to sleep don't get a bottom floor apartment, it sounds like horses are running above you! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
