I sublet a 2/2 here and it was god awful. The water always runs brown and you never feel clean. We bought a pur filter for our kitchen and still ended up buying bottled water. The insilation is almost nonexistant. I could be in my shower and smell my downstairs neighbor smoking even after she went inside. I had a fear of showing up in her apt. several times because the floors constantly squeaked that really uneasy way. I could hear word for word conversations in the apt across the hall even if they were not yelling. I told the office about all the things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance people are really nice, but not too bright and slow because they have to work on several different apt. complexes. Three times I had to have them come back to fix the ac. My electric bill was always very high and half of the appliances don't work well at all. I was so glad I only had to live there for one semester. The rent is also too high for what you get. Also the tow guy lives there and will drive around all the time searching for even the smallest way to tow someone.
