Started out ok, but all down hill from there

Horrible...can that even describe this place' It took them a month to fix my A/C, 5 trips to fix my toilet (and it still howls when you flush it).

When my roof leaked, they sprayed sealant over it and then painted over it.

I am so glad that my lease is almost up!
