If you are searching for apartments and come across the oaks apartment, stay in your car and drive off as fast as you can. First of all I was a resident in these horrible apartments for about a year. (10 month lease). From the day we moved it, we had problems. My toliet constantly made noises, leaks in every room, and poor floors. My restroom constanly had leaks from the A/C system being in the hall bathroom. Whenever I called maintenance they would take WEEKS to fix anything. And after they so called "fixed" anything, they would leave all kinds of debris and trash on the floor I had to clean up. My closet door was a joke. It was broke since the day I moved in. I told management and NOTHING was ever done! When we finally moved out of these crappy apartments they had the nerve to over charge us with ridiculous things such as ceilings fans, and the stove. What kind of crap is that' This is a WARNING TO ALL BROKE COLLEGE STUDENTS OR ANYONE STAY AWAY FROM THE OAKS APARTMENTS!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS!!!
