The staff may be friendly; however, they NEVER fix anything. They will insist they do, but do not let them fool you. The rent is $420/month for a tiny efficiency apartment and ants are everywhere inside your apartment (they never spray or use exterminators.) The air-conditioners are 50 year-old window units and are extremely loud. Drugs are always being sold outside these apartments and music keeps you up every night. A buddy who lived here in 2002 said he saw a baby snake crawling on his carpet. He killed it and showed management, yet they did nothing. He also claimed he heard a gunshot one night and called the police. All you have to do is check the police records going back a few years to see how crappy this place really is.
