	to expencieve. service is bad, you have to fix things yourself, because it does not get done by Parkwood.

	very spacious inside...640 sq ft, but the outside of the apartments are ugly!!! if you want something more like the arbors you can´t turn your nose up high enough

	Even though it is an older complex, the updates are great. It reminds me of my first apt in 1974 when apts were spacious. Great staff!
