These apts are nasty. They have roaches rats and grafitti everywhere. No I did not live there. I looked the apt up in the phone book and went to look at an apt. When I pulled up I told my sister, Hell no this cant be it! She was like go look anyway,sometimes apartment are hulled out on the outside but decent on the inside. The manager showed me the ground level duplex apts. I told her that I did not do roaches or rodents. She said, well the stray cats should take care of the rodent problem. I asked if they could replace the nasty carpet and the maintenance guy says no but we'll shampoo it. It was like daycare carpet and was filthy with no padding underneath. No disrespect to those who cant afford better but this places should be condemned. Dont believe me, go take a look. Its right down the street for mance park middle school, on the left.
