Over the last year the maintenance has went down the drain. Exterior lights that go out are not replaced, the gutters actually have plants growing in them and the place is starting to fall apart. This used to be one of the best places in Huntsville to live as far as apartments go. You had a friendly staff and privacy. Now, The office people are just barely cordial as they have changed some of the staff.
One of my pet peeves....the smell of dog poo as it roasts in the summer heat and....you will inevitably step in a pile at some point. I am moving out as soon as my contract is up. It is a shame that things made a turn for the worst so quickly.
