I've lived at Rolling Brook for awhile and they have had their ups and downs. I am friends with the staff so I know that recently they've gone through a small turn-over. They are redoing so much right now. They just repainted all the buildings and their newsletter said that they just got new landscapers and the property is already looking 10 times better! Besides, the contests they have every month are worth any troubles! Whoever wrote the last entry needs to do a little bit of research before they start hating on a good apt. complex. If you want to live at a great place in Huntsville, you have to live at Rolling Brook! I love it here!
