My first apartment was a downstairs corner. The hot water was off, so management let me stay in the model apartment that night. Sweet! The remaining year, I had no problems. Friendly neighbors, quiet environment. Later, I moved into an upstairs one bedroom with balcony. The apartment was squeaky clean. I'd open up the glass door leading to the balcony and smell the bar-b-que from neighboring tenants. Summertime, I'd sit outside and watch the fireflies. I dropped my wallet containing credit cards and cash outside one day, and my neighbor returned it to me with everything in order that night. Those are the people you can't find anywhere else. The management turned a negative into a positive when my heater went out for two days during the winter. They replaced it with a new one, and, again, let me stay two nights in their model apartment. They allowed me to bring my TV inside those days. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone.
