One of the worst complexes

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
On one of the complexes that I had lived in, I had to repeatedly contact the management due to a noisey neighbor. I was told that something would be done, but nothing ever was. This complex has changed more managers than most people change clothes.
