This is the best place to live by any means! Coming from living at UPA (horrible place) to living at the Timbers is like living in luxury! When I first moved here, the manager with the pink hair was here and she was not very friendly at all! I know many residents complained about her, but she has moved on and the assistant manager, Ashleigh is the best! She is willing to help anybody with anything.
The maintenance guys are great! They get any neceessary work done fast and done right! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! As for price, I pay about $75 more than what I paid at UPA and I would pay twice that to live here! The apartments are so roomy and truly does give that home away from home feeling for college students.
Plus they give many rent prizes and drawings every month which is nice! I suggest moving in here fast! I had to wait a whole year before an open apartment was available! So don't wait!!!
