Everyone that works in the office is rude & doesn't care about helping you out what-so-ever.
Linn, the manager, has a good & a bad side. If you get on her bad side, she will make your life hell at UPA. She doesn't care about her residents & she is NOT ethical in any way.
The maintance guys don't do ANYTHING while at work. They LITERALLY sit on their golf carts by the maintance shop all day. This is not a joke.
This place has CONSTANT burglaries. It is GHETTO TO SAY THE LEAST.
