Good experience - I have lived in Woodcreek for 1 year, and overall it has been a good experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the best part of this complex is definitely the maintenance. We had a few cosmetic and more serious (i.e. broken toilet) problems when we first moved in. nice quiet, unlike other apartments in huntsville with college students. clean pool and i feel safe walking from my car to my apartment. i have a fireplace and balcony. they replace carpet if the previous tenant lived there for more than six months. if its less than six months and is savable
