Lovely complex - I have lived at Sequoia Bend apartments for a year now. I have found the staff to be professional and pleasant. The office staff responds quickly to concerns and requests. Used to be a really nice place - Hopefully they can get it there again. I don't have any problems with the people here. The office staff has been great and I have been here since 2007. I am buying a house this year so I will be leaving the apartments. I just wish that they would remodel the buildings and get a better color scheme.
