The apartments are a great deal if you don't have a lot of money and live by yourself but don't try to live there and raise a family. The kids are rude and the management is not qualified for the job. The apartments are like a soap opera, gossip is the main focus rather than safty and living conditions. I would not recomend this place to a homeless person because under a bridge is more safe than these apartments.

My True Thoughts ? I think that no one ever really profits from ill gotten gain. I think everyone who has lived there in the past 10 years ought to have a toxic tort claim for being exposed to all of the mold that grows in the walls, ventilation system and etc ... paint only covers it temporarily, bleach wont even kill it ! And they will not pay to have it tested to see how dangerous it is to our health. Go to this site to learn more about mold http://www.mold-help.org/content/view/18/0/ Note : it is even more dangerous when the mold spores are disturbed or airborn. I was told not to worry about it that it isn't dangerous. I would be interested in seeing a report from the EPA. Or a professional lab stating that it isn't. I think we all have a right to know what we have been exposed to !!!!!!!!!!!!!
