To sum it up in a few words : Roach infested, rodent infested, brown recluse spiders, mold in the entire ventilation system, major plumbing problems, major A/C and heating problems, inadiquate ventilation, no hot water 1/2 the time. Deemed sub standard by the city inspectors. The north west side of complex floods when it rains and they do not tell renters this when they rent the units. Proper pest control and proper maintanance is a serious issue. Some would consider this a flip property because it changes hands so often and the move in special attracts transient types, criminals, and drug addicts. This is not a decent place for children to live at all. Go to the city secretary's office and pull all the public records and inspection reports. Ask questions and you will see that I am telling the truth. It will take more than just a coat of new paint, to cover up the many years of neglect. Do not let the cosmetics fool you. They cannot get rid of the mold that grows inside the ventilation system, the sheetrock, and in the insulation. It is a health hazard ! Oh ! Be sure to read all the previous comments ... and the responses they got to them !!!!!
