I lived there for 6 months and my apartment was flooded twice and management did nothing. They acted like I flooded it, when it was our neighbor and bad plumbing. They were so rude. Also, it is the noisiest place I have ever lived. The apartments were not built to absorb the noise from other neighbors. Overall the apartments look nice but the staff is so rude and the owner does not care about any of the residents. To top this off I have not lived in that apartment for 2 months and still have not recieved the deposit.

I had a poisonous snake on my welcome mat, I did not find out about it untill a week later when my neighbor showed me pictures of the snake. A hurst police officer had to remove it as he mentioned "This is a water moccasin. It was a cotton mouth/water moccasin which is very venomous. The catch the management never mentioned the inccident & we have a 2 year old child. After speaking with them they said that they never knew about the snake.
