My first impression of the staff was that they seemed a little reserved. However, this has turned out to be the best apartment experience I've had. Dershon (asst. mgr) has gone as far as making sure that I am able to get my packages even after the office has closed. Kim (mgr) has quickly resolved a payment issue we had. I've found the staff to be the perfect balance between professional and friendly. One of the other girls in the office has even taken the time to make sure my faxes go through in the business center. In the area I've lived at Towne Oaks, Spanish Trails, and Gentry's Walk, and so far this has been the BEST! My neighbors are friendly and I love the landscaping around the property. The biggest plus, in my opinion, is that the neighbors have been courteous about noise levels which I had many problems with at Towne Oaks and Gentry's. I can only hope my new apartment in Las Colinas is as great as this one has been.
