Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Half of the washer/dryer facilities worked half the time, the rest never worked.
Maintanence was sporatic at best.
They had to replace our fridge three times, each time with another old and used model.
Moved in because it was cheap and my roommate and I were both in college. Glad to be leaving.
