Even though we have lived here for a little over a month, I have observed that the apartments are roomy, the grounds are kept clean, maintaince responds quickly, and the Management is very helpful and friendly

You can tell that this was posted by management, or a friend of management. All of this review try's to counter all of the complaints. Do not buy into this diversionary tactic. Do a good job at managing and you will not have to resort to writing a false review on your complex, to justify to your superiors that you deserve a job! Management is lazy, and have low education. The owners have no money, that is why they welcome illegals and all their water swimming family to infest this property, and our town. It is all about the quick buck! The owner and management are communist, not true blooded patriotic American blue bloods!
