Well I moved into the apartments because, a good friend used to live here a few years back. First off I lived by the pool, the walls are paper thin...I would try to put my baby to sleep or study for a test and all I hear is little children screaming. As well as running around the pool. You only allowed two guest per apartment in the pool. The people next to me had 22 one day and on top of that none of them had a swim suit. They swam in there clothes! I have seen small roaches in my apartment and I have seen huge roaches outside...the one's that fly. One night I was walking by and saw a rat run up the stair case. The parking here is really bad. They only have about 10 vistor parking and you get only one parking spot for your car. If you have two cars you could see how this would be a problem. People threw a party at the clubhouse last weekend and trahed the pool area and the clubhouse it was really nasty. The office will fine you for stupid things like haveing a chair on your patio. My eletrcity bill is really expensive and I only have a 500 sf apartment. We had an ant problem as well. Everyday I walk to get my mail there is huge puddle of water that I have jump over just to reach the mail box. The pool is like a hangout area for everyone. There will be like 30 to 60 people there at a time. You cant walk around the apartment complex at night lots of odd people up at all hours of the night. The peep holes are huge...someone could stick a gun in it. I cant even use mine becuase people would know I am home. The floors are thin as well I can everything downstairs. The washer & dryers here are really bad...the washers are always broken and the dryers dont dry your clothes. Parking is really the big thing here. Its all one big one way in and out of the apartment. When new people move in they block the road that is only a one way...so you cant get by to park. People go the down the one's ways the wrong way. Sign are not posted cleary to let people know thats it just a one way. The will tow you if you park in vacant apartments spot. They claim to tow you if your state tags are out well my downstairs guy has lived here for a mounth and well he has no state inspection. So its all up to you!
