Okay so i moved into Hurst Gardens back in January and i have nothing but nice things to say about these apartments.
When i moved in, of course everything wasn't perfect but when i reported it to the office, it was fixed that very same day because of the nice maintenance guy, Max.
David is the manager here and he is a very nice guy.
I have met some of the nicest people EVER here! They are all very sweet and are here for you! Anytime i need something, i just go to one of my neighbors and they are very nice! I don't know what people are talking about with the bugs.
I have not seen ONE bug in my apartment since i moved in and i have been here for going on 3 1\2 months.
I'll repost if something changes but i honestly don't see anything changing, me and my fianc e plan on moving to a 2 bdrm in July when our lease is up! I would definitely recommend this complex to anybody!

You don't know what we are talking about because you haven't been here to see any of it! It's quite possible that our complaints are the reason you have had a pleasant experience with this complex! You mentioned that you and your fiance are moving to a two bedroom in July. Do you plan on having children? Just an FYI, a six year old child in the complex got mad at some of the other kids and went after them with a knife. Thank God another resident was able to intervene before someone got seriously hurt. This happened TWO WEEKS AGO!!! The police are still in the complex on a regular basis, and the few security guards we had were only here for a short time. And you say maintenance is great? Have you ever been in our parking lot? Seems to me that keeping the grounds clean would be considered "maintenance." All the broken glass, nails, and other metal objects sure make the parking lot pretty and sparkly, but it sure has been hell on everyone's tires!

That's great and all. And no we do plan on having kids but NOT here! I'm just sayin it's nicer then some of the ---- holes i've lived in... It may not be the best but it is better then some! I really enjoy living here and like it, and yeah, everytime i have a maintenance request it gets fixed RIGHT away so i dont have a problem with them and they were here all night cleaning after the fire that occured last night so yeah, i'd say its alright, But i guess you do know more seeing as you have lived here longer... fill me in on more, please!
