This was my first apartment ever. I lived there when I was just a kid in college. It was several years ago, but I felt I had to write. There is no words that can adequately describe the experience. Even "ghetto" is too classy. Rapes and muggings within the complex were just accepted as common gossip. I managed to survive a few months there, then I was offered a a leasing position within the complex where I worked for only half off rent and no pay (Is even this legal''' I was just a kid at the time and didn't know any better). I rememember once I had to show a prospective tennant who was getting a divorce an apartment, and he claimed this was all he could afford. (Even though the prices are as high, if not higher than a REAL apartment). The apartment I had for him to "view" had boards, glass, and rusty appliances strewn all through it... and there was no electricity. The guy looked at me like I was nuts. I'll bet he thought twice about his marriage after that. As for the roaches, well, we could have given them names we saw them so often. Ever seen "Joe's Apartment'" The air conditioning usually didn't work (always in July, of course). This type of stuff was even reported to news channels and still nothing was done. I blame the city of Hurst. Why this place doesn't qualify to be razed and demolished I'll never know. There are better living conditions in third world countries.

when my mother took over as the manager that ---- didnt happen she made that apartment better trust me i lived there i know about the rappest i rember my mother evicting a crap load of people becuase of some of that and drug dealers my mother made it better babe! live there again lol

This is and has been a drug infested hole of filth for as long as I have known about these apartemtns and that has been since 1998. They have ALWAYS been BAD in the worse way. They should be condemed and torn down. Yesterday would not be to soon.
