This place is the most horrible place I have been in. My husband and I rented here to save some money while our house was being built. I lose my lights when the neighbors turn on their a/c or appliances. I went for four mmonths with 3 outlets not working. I had to go for 7 days with no stove because the wires shorted out. Teh AC works when it wants to, which is not often. The neighbors above me had problems with their AC so bad that it actually backed up and the condensation flooded the people under them. I didnt have a dishwasher for the first 4 months that I lived there, I told them it wasnt working, they replaced it and the new one didnt work either, had to wait months for them to even come by and shrug their shoulders and say, "I dont know whats wrong with it, I will be back." and he never came back! They fired the only decent maintenance man they had because he was a "stupid american" God forbid a maintenence man is not hispanic!!!! They do not check credit, they dont check backgrounds, I was flabbergasted when I found out that 4 (yes, 4!!!!!) sexual violators were living there! There is trash everywhere. They redid the roof (shingles) and never cleaned up the nails, I ended up replacing all 4 tires, they would not reimburse me for any costs of the tires. They allow owners with pets to let their pets run free, most are pitbulls and they ARE viscious! People having parties til all hours of the night, fighting, beatings, drugs. The laundry room is the most dirty, disgusting place I have ever seen, most of the washers and dryers do not work. BEWARE!! Dont live there!
