I want to start by saying I moved in August 2006. Sara, the manager, has been here 4 or 5 years and I see why because she always keeps this place extremely quiet and clean. Mostly, seniors over the age of 60 live around me so I never hear any noise, music or people coming and going. You can step out of your apartment at any time and you can hear a pin drop. I think the people complaining on here about Park Place must have a personal issue against the manager or weren't following the rules because everyone I talk to has no complaints. Maintenance always comes within 24 hours and I have never been left hanging over the weekend nor have I ever had to call twice.
I feel very lucky to have found this place and I can tell you without a doubt this is definately a one of a kind. I had no idea these kind of places still exsist!! I was told the owners have owned it since it was new and are not planning on selling it, I guess you can tell with the money they spent for the new windows and siding.
I think anyone moving here would be very happy.
