Take your money and run somewhere else!!!!
Don't even waste your time getting into this mess!!!!
The Ownership keeps changing and the maintenance is random, if not non-existent!!!
Each time there is an Ownership change, the quality of the property has been slowly sliping further down!!!
With the current owner, the pool area has been discontinued, guess they didn't want to pay for the insurance required.
You will get alot of promises up front, but there will will be no follow-thru!!!
