Sad, it used to be a nice property before the ownership kept changing and each new owner sucked more equity out of the property until they finally drive it into foreclosure.
The prime victims were the long term tenents that has called the place home for years.

Word to the wise, Whispering Run, across the street on E. Pecan is heading in the same direction in the near future!!!
