I?ve lived here too long, and not because I want to, BUT.......the parking sucks, the office personnel changes every few months because they can?t handle the RIFF RAFF they let LIVE in this complex. I think that me and my upstairs neighbor are the only SANE people that live here. The heating/air conditioning system SUCKS. You only get A/C when they WANT you to have it, and the same thing with heat. Commercial system, don?t recommend it except that it?s cheaper than regular bills.
I would not recommend moving here unless it?s an "interim" place to help you get to bigger and better apts/house. Speaking of bigger' Not! 1 bedroom apt is 520 square feet. $535 a month, plus electric and water. WAY too much for THIS complex.
