I have lived here for six months and contrary to all the other ratings I find quite the opposite to be true. I live on the south side of the complex and have never encountered a problem. The staff is very non-tolerant to violations of any kind. They also encourage you to report any complaints, via a bi-yearly maintanence form. My needs were attended to very promptly. There's never a problem with the stereotypes like, ("Louisiana People") as one person said, and managed to incorrectly spell. With that said, you probably figured I am a Louisiana person and to be quite frank, ("Hurst Person") correctly spelled, I came from a Louisiana city that is a much Higher standard of living than the whole city of Hurst. In retrospect I still found the complex to be a very middle-class area, and even with it's few flaws, I still managed to see how this now diverse Hurst community,(POST KATRINA), is a very peaceful life.
