Even though I found out they control the ac and heat we gave them a try.....BIG mistake!!! Heater and ac break more than they work Today it is 85 degrees in apt...has been broken ALL weekend since Thur or Fri...can't remember too delirious from HEAT!! Got home around 5:45 pm and saw the repairman AGAIN...Husband said they had to order a part that's what took soo long...Guess what ''' He is gone by 6:45 pm and still no AC!!! Also I shouldn't confuse you by saying AC...it is actually a "chiller system" Think swamp cooler or water cooler...all it does it blow air across water....so even when it works it still does a crappy job of cooling in Texas summers...expect a high electric bill that you get from them at a not very reasonable price...I had a bigger place and paid less thru reliant. Another gripe is they have no idea when these bills are due and send u eviction notices almost monthly.and you have to show you paid or that DUH the bill isn't even due yet... The place up the street(same side towards hurst blvd) seems nicer even though it doesn't look like much on outside

Your right about the ac and heater thing our apartment is faced away from the sun and still stays at an almost constant temp of 85 degrees up stairs. the heater though worked better than anywhere else we lived They do fix house problems within 1 to 2 days after you ask but our toilets are both dry rotted and run constantly The repairman is nice and efficient but the ac is ALAWAYS broken and it hours for a room to cool and if you have animals watch out for fleas we had them before but never this bad on a good side though dont put them down to much if you can take the heat live here because we lived here for almost a year and saw only 2 roches and a few ants they are ok
