You must be the manager now????? Are all of your tentants still ate up with BED BUGS, they are infested in the entire community. This place is NASTY, has always been NASTY , NOTHing has changed!!!! It wasnt previous managment that sucked it was the managment company!!! They do not want to put the money into the place to get the work done. You wont last, unless you speak spanish. This managment company takes advantage of Hispanic residents (especially illegal --------- ) They know you will pay your rent because it is hard any where else to rent with no SS or ID , but not at Sonterra . Managment company sucks !!!!!!!

i have lived here since feb of this year an it sucks we went with out a pool all summer they filled it up so it looked good i guess an as far as the maintance forget it they dont fix ---- around here im out of here as soon as my lease is up. they cant keep any manigers that long because they have to lie about this property to get tenants in here.then once your in here forget about getting any thing fix around here.THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS AN IT SHOULD BE CONDEMMED ASAP
