who ever called this place awsome must not have lived here, this place is infested with BED BUGS. It wasn't previous managers that have sucked but the managment co. that sucked NO manager will last here unless you are hispanic. This community takes advantage of illegle immigrants. If you have no sosial or Id then Sonterra is the place for you and they exspect you to LIVE with POOR STANDARDS because you can't live any where else. Work orders never get done because you have NO maintenance EVER!!!!! they even make there employee's live in trash. What about the maintenance that made sexual comments to all the chilldren in the community the supervisor would not allow him to be fired because where else could they find a leagal US citizen to work for scraps!!! DONT MOVE HERE YOUR CHILLDREN WILL BE MOLESTED AND OR THEY WILL GET SICK FROM ALL THE BD BUGS!!!!!!!
