I moved in a year ago and when I moved in there was a hole 2 feet by 1 foot in the ceiling of my only bathroom straight up from my showerhead. There is a leak from the pipes in the upstairs apt and black mold that had been spray painted white to hid it. The tile surrounding the bathtub spickot all feel out because of the water pouring into the walls everytime you turn it on. Neighbors let their toilet overflow so it was pouring out of my ceiling in another area (by the vent in the ceiling) now the whole bathroom ceiling sheetrock moves up and down when you push on it. There is a cracked pipe under the sink which make it pour onto the floor when used! My broiler in my over caught on fire, sparked then burst into flames, I asked the office to replace it and they agreed, that was about 4 months ago still no replacement. The door knob is falling off and the bedroom window was cracked and the ws blue tape with measurements written on it so when we closed the front door, it cracked from top to bottom. We had no light outside from the pool area all the way to Quick Trip gas station, no light in the laundry mat I had to use candles and the dryers didnt shut (if they worked at all) so they had to be taped shut!!! Grown hispanic men offer teenagers $20 for sex and also give them beer. Code inforcement practically lives there. At night, it looks like a prison courtyard with all the people outside and driving by. In the 2st month I moved in, I had my front big window kick in by kids playing soccer by it which took 1 month for them to fix...and the list goes on............!
