I have not moved into Valley Oaks yet, however, I am scheduled to move my family there next week. I find the reviews on here a bit troublesome. I met with the leasing consultant and found that she was more than helpful. I think that the office staff there deserves much credit for thier professionalism. They went above and beyond the call od duty in leasing me my apartment and some apartments for my employees. I did sign three one year leases.
