After reading some of the other reviews, I was taken aback about how vendictive people can be when they move out of some where. I have lived at Valley Oaks for 3 years and while I cannot say they are perfect, I can say that overall my experience has been good. The staff that is currently there is a great group of people, especially the maintenance team. Not to mention the fact that there are Community Activities that the staff participates in as well as sets up, and you just don't find that every where. So to all those who want to use this site to be hateful and spiteful, you should do yourselves a favor and be honest. There is not a perfect apartment complex anywhere, however, Valley Oaks is a nice place to live, and they do try to do the best they can.
