hot water hardly works, fixtures falling off the ceiling, electricity goes out alot, walls and ceilings are paper thin.. people always hanging out in the breezway talking are playing games all day and night...when it rains it comes into the apartment, but mgmt. has not fixed this problem , therefore carpet is all ruined due to water damage and they wont replace the carpet or look for the leak....and if you like the police around this is the place with all the drug dealers
