I'm sitting here at 8:00 PM on labor day evening listening to the upstairs neighbors cuss and scream at each other. I have no clue what's going on. I actually put this into a search engine just to see what came up. ::BANG:: Someone just threw something else. Lovely. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment, and up until now, I've never had any huge problems with the complex. The people living here, however, are a different story. Before I finally caught the culprit, there was dog crap...EVERYWHERE by my apartment. Let me tell you what a lovely site it is to see and smell that when you're walking out to go to work/school in the morning. That has since stopped. I used to have 3 nice neighbors sharing their part of the apartments with me. Now the ones directly above me are ALWAYS screaming at each other, the ones next door to me are up at all hours of the night, and are also openly racist. This isn't exactly the right place for someone who hates anyone that isn't white to live. lol. Anyway, THEIR upstairs neighbors are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I'm sure they're just as flustered as I am at the sudden changes that have occurred.

Any time I've had to deal with the office staff, they have been courteous enough. I do have to call and bug them though until a problem is fixed. Parking isn't too bad, and I've only been forced to park in front of another complex when inconsiderate people take up like 4 parking spaces with their trucks/trailers. I do have to agree that some of the children here are out of control, but I still think that for the price, size, and overal quality, there's not a whole lot of places that can beat it. Maybe a few more police calls about the upstairs neighbors will solve that problem......
