the office staff is uncaring and and un trained (as is the manger) the manger is the worst i have ever seen why she is a manger is beond me

the maintance staff does not care and does not fix anything and does not know how to fix anything apartment are not ready when u move in and full of roaches the pools are at less blue and most of the clean at least the one by the office
the hurst police have said valley oaks had the 3rd most calls in hurst
